The new brand concept, ‘Legacy Trail,’ celebrates remarkable employee journeys at SPB. This initiative was inspired by their extraordinary professional paths within the organization.
Each award category represents a distinct stage in this journey. These categories symbolize personal and professional growth, and the resilience shown in overcoming challenges. Furthermore, they highlight the meaningful impact each individual has made. Our work in internal communications helped clearly define these stages.
Ultimately, through Legacy Trail, we honor the dedication, achievements, and lasting contributions that shape SPB’s spirit and success. Through thoughtful graphic design, we brought this vision to life, creating a powerful visual experience for all.

The Explorer Emblem (5 years):

To support the Legacy Trail recognition branding, DAC created a personalized broadcast message and mailing template for SPB to notify awarded employees.
Designed to be clear, celebratory, and professional, this communication ensures each recipient feels acknowledged and valued the moment they receive the news. The message serves as the first step in the recognition experience, setting the tone for the honor and building excitement around their well-deserved Legacy Trail award.

As part of the Legacy Trail recognition program new brand, DAC designed engraved pins resembling achievement badges to be awarded to employees upon reaching each level of recognition.
Each pin features a unique emblem representing one of the five distinct Legacy Trail milestones, allowing recipients to proudly display their progress and accomplishments.
